Colorectal polyp, preferred in the digestive endoscopic treatment of colorectal polyp, if necessary, can be combined with surgery; some patients also need to use antidiarrheal drugs, antiemetic and other drugs for symptomatic treatment. 1. General treatment: during the treatment period, we should reduce the intake of high-fat and high-salt food, take light and easy-to-digest food as the main focus, and quit smoking and drinking. 2. Endoscopic treatment: endoscopic high-frequency electric excision of multiple polyps one by one, while retaining a biopsy to give pathological examination, in order to prepare for further postoperative treatment; if found that the polyp is large, the mucosa is accompanied by erosion, hemorrhage, etc., can be combined with surgical treatment. 3.Drug treatment: (1) Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: after endoscopic surgical treatment, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as acetaminophen, can be used. (2) Antidiarrheal drugs: for those with severe diarrhea, oral antidiarrheal drugs such as montelukast can be used. (3) Antiemetic drugs: for the presence of intestinal bleeding, such as oxytocin and growth inhibitors. If there are colorectal polyps, it is recommended that the patient go to the regular hospital in time to clarify the condition and follow the doctor’s instructions for reasonable treatment.
