Can cryptorchidism be treated without surgery?

Cryptorchidism must be treated surgically. Cryptorchidism is a condition in which the testicles do not descend to the scrotum in time during embryonic development, resulting in the testicles being located in the groin or behind the peritoneum after birth and the scrotum on the affected side being empty. Abnormal testicular position can cause the following problems: 1. easy to damage. 2. high local temperature, which affects the development of the patient’s testicles and sperm production function. 3. long-term cryptorchidism without timely surgery leads to a significant increase in the incidence of testicular tumors, which can be life-threatening in serious cases. So cryptorchidism must be completed before the age of two. As the time of cryptorchidism prolongs, all the harm caused is irreversible.
