What happens when you don’t get a clean extraction?

A tooth extraction that is not clean may be due to an infected inflammation prior to the extraction, or a fracture of the alveolar bone and a fracture of the jawbone that occurred during the extraction process. 1. Infected inflammation: If the tooth has been infected with inflammation before extraction, and produced inflammatory edema, it will result in unclean extraction of the tooth. 2. Fracture of alveolar bone: If the alveolar bone is fractured during the extraction process, the teeth will be easily shifted and there will be no way to clean all the teeth. 3. Jawbone fracture: If the jawbone is fractured for some reason during the extraction process, after the exposed portion is removed, the unexposed portion may still be in the gums, so it cannot be extracted cleanly. If the tooth is not extracted cleanly, you need to go to the hospital again to perfect it, clean up the remaining teeth, and anti-inflammatory before extracting the tooth.
