Yin gardenia huang granule mainly consists of Yin Chen, gardenia, scutellaria baicalensis and honeysuckle extract, has the efficacy of clearing away heat and removing toxins, inducing dampness and relieving jaundice, and is mainly applied to the jaundice caused by damp-heat of liver and gallbladder. Clinical manifestations can be seen as yellow body, yellow eyes, yellow urine, chest and hypochondrium distension and pain, nausea and vomiting, etc., mostly occurring in acute hepatitis and chronic hepatitis. For the jaundice patient, if the bilirubin elevation is relatively small can use the Yin gardenia Huang granule alone to carry on the treatment.
