Fetal horseshoe sounds, i.e., the sound of the fetus’ heartbeat, are generally normal. Because the fetal heart rate is between 110-160 beats per minute, which is much faster than a normal woman, a horseshoe sound fetal heart can be heard. The normal sound of the fetal heartbeat is the sound of horseshoes, which can be heard because the fetal heart rate is much faster than that of a normal woman. Generally after 16 weeks of pregnancy, the fetal heartbeat can be heard in the lower abdomen above the pubic symphysis. Also due to the development of the fetus, the exact location of the fetal heart can change. Therefore, during fetal heart auscultation, a fetal heart rate like a horseshoe will be heard, which is normal, and it is usually necessary to pass the fetal heart auscultation for one minute to determine whether the fetal heart rate is normal or not. Late pregnancy can reflect the intrauterine condition of the fetus through fetal heart monitoring, if there is obvious abnormality, need to be actively diagnosed and treated.
