This product is a local anesthetic and anti-arrhythmic drug. It is mainly used for infiltration anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia and nerve conduction block. However, it can cause some adverse reactions in the central nervous system. This product has obvious excitatory and inhibitory biphasic effect on the central nervous system, when the blood concentration is low, it will cause drowsiness, sensory abnormalities, muscle tremor, convulsive coma and respiratory depression and other adverse reactions, and may cause hypotension and bradycardia; when the blood concentration is too high, it can cause slowing of atrial conduction velocity, atrioventricular conduction block, as well as inhibition of myocardial contractility and decreased cardiac output and other adverse reactions. Children, the elderly, pregnant and lactating women, hepatic and renal dysfunction should be used with caution. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to local anesthetics, acute cardiogenic ischemic syndrome, pre-excitation syndrome, and severe cardiac conduction block.
