Female endocrine disorder is a condition in which a woman’s body has too much or too little of some hormones and does not all remain in a stable state. Common symptoms of female endocrine disorders are acne, fatigue, insomnia, irritability, breast swelling, irregular menstruation, poor skin condition, irritability, and in severe cases, malnutrition. Patients are advised to eat a light diet and balanced nutrition in daily life, eat more vitamin-rich vegetables and fruits, avoid spicy and oily food, avoid staying up late, avoid excessive tension and agitation, listen to light music or travel to relax, and prohibit smoking and alcohol.
