How to treat osteoporosis to eradicate it completely

Complete eradication of osteoporosis is not supported by large data studies, most of the use of patient medication, physical, surgical and other treatments, most of which can reduce or relieve symptoms. Osteoporosis medication is commonly used to supplement calcium (e.g., calcium carbonate, calcium citrate), increase calcium absorption (vitamin D), inhibit bone resorption (e.g., calcitonin analogs), inhibit osteoclasts (e.g., alendronate, zoledronic acid), and sex hormone supplements (estrogen/progesterone). Physical therapy for osteoporosis includes neuromuscular electrical stimulation, microblading, ultrashort wave, acupuncture, etc., together with appropriate exercise, use of walkers and wearing of orthotics for fracture. Osteoporosis surgical treatment is used for osteoporosis-induced vertebral compression fracture, hip fracture, shoulder fracture, fracture leading to nerve root compression and other conditions. Osteoporosis is not supported by big data research on complete eradication of treatment. After diagnosis of osteoporosis, most of the symptoms can be effectively reduced or relieved by choosing suitable treatment under the guidance of specialized doctors and actively cooperating with them, regular follow-up is required, and medical advice is required for special cases.
