A black eye, fall to the ground unconscious, considered a syncopal attack, clinically there are many causes of syncope. For example, if the patient has sudden atrial fibrillation or malignant arrhythmia, leading to a decrease in cardiac ejection, then the patient may experience cardiogenic syncope. Patients with transient cerebral hypoperfusion may also experience blackouts and collapse unconscious. There are also situational syncope, for example, many men urinate at night, because of the drop in abdominal pressure, the vagus nerve excitation, then the patient will have a blackout, fall to the ground unconscious. There is also postural hypotension, when the patient suddenly get up, may lead to postural hypotension caused by insufficient cerebral perfusion, the patient may appear black, fall to the ground unconsciousness of the situation.
