How to take Pat Chun Tang properly

Ba Zhen Tang is the name of a traditional Chinese medicine formula, there is no single correct way of taking it, the common way of taking it is: add 5 slices of ginger, 1 jujube, take it with water, 1 dose a day, take it warmly before meals in 2~3 times.
Ba Zhen Tang is composed of Angelica sinensis, Paeonia lactiflora, Rhizoma ligustici chuanxiong, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Poria, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata, Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephalae. First, soak the above medicines in water 3~5cm above the plane of the drink for 30 minutes. Boil them over a high flame first, and then continue to decoct them over a low flame for 10~15 minutes. Take 1 dose a day, divided into 2~3 times before meals.
Pat Chun Tang has the function of benefiting qi and tonifying blood. It is suitable for the evidence of deficiency of qi and blood, symptoms such as withered white face or no China, shortness of breath, dizziness, tiredness of limbs, palpitation and anxiety, loss of appetite. It should not be taken by patients with cold and fever, and is recommended to be used under the guidance of a professional Chinese medicine practitioner if medication is needed.
