It is a common benign disease that occurs due to the unbalanced expression of hormone levels in the body, especially in young women in the age group of 20-25 years old, and some patients may have mild pain. The examination can reveal good mobility, clear boundaries, smooth surface, similar to the feeling of touching a rubber ball, good elasticity, and ultrasonography can show occupying changes with intact envelope. For relatively small lesions, regular follow-up and observation are possible. If the tumor gradually increases, surgery should be chosen at an early stage, because some fibroadenomas are prone to sarcomatous changes, so pathological histological examination should be routinely performed on the specimens removed after surgery.
