Early application of penicillin, cephalosporin and other antibiotics, nasal spray hydroxymetazoline and other decongestants, the use of 2% carbolic acid glycerin ear drops. If conservative treatment is not effective, tympanotomy can be chosen to fully drain the pus treatment.
