What are the discharge considerations for cryptorchidism?

  1.Keep the wound dressing dry and clean, no need to change the wound in general, if the scrotal wound is wetted by urine, use a hair dryer to blow hot water and bake dry; remove the dressing at the groin 8 days after surgery; remove the dressing and suture at the scrotum 10 days after surgery in the hospital; shower and bath 3 days after removing all dressings, but avoid rubbing the wound within 1 week.  2, 5 days of bed rest after surgery, 6 days after surgery can be moderate bed activity, 1 month after surgery to avoid strenuous exercise.  3. Take oral antibiotics for 5 days after surgery as prescribed by the doctor, drink plenty of water and urinate regularly.  4.Post-operative outpatient review in 3 months, please bring your discharge certificate when you review.  5.If your condition changes (e.g. wound bleeding, scrotal swelling and pain, etc.), consult the emergency department of your local hospital in a timely manner.
