In anterior pelvic tilt, there can be a posterior buttock, a protruding stomach, a hunched back, and a protruding neck. Anterior pelvic tilt is often caused by factors such as sedentary behavior, incorrect sitting posture, and lack of exercise. Under the influence of these factors, the pelvis is tilted forward along the axis, which leads to changes in the body’s physical line of force, causing abnormal physiological anterior convexity of the lumbar vertebrae, and consequently, the abdominal muscles are too weak. This causes the abdomen to protrude to the front and the hips to protrude to the back. In addition, anterior pelvic tilt will also lead to compensatory backward movement of the thoracic spine, thus causing hunchback. At the same time, in order to maintain the balance of the body’s muscular strength, the muscles of the shoulders and neck will contract, thus causing tension and anterior extension of the neck muscles. Anterior pelvic tilt can cause many adverse symptoms, if the body has symptoms of anterior pelvic tilt, should be corrected as soon as possible.
