I. Body acupuncture for strabismus
1.Acupuncture points
Commonly used acupuncture points: internal strabismus
①Pupil s, Fengchi, Sibai, Taichong;
②Behind the ball, sun, eye window, external guan;
③ Silky kong, fish waist, head dimension, brightness.
External strabismus
①Mening, Meichong, Fish Waist, Hegu;
②Zhenzhu, Fengchi, Sibai, Taichong;
(3) lower eye-mind, brightness (head), quzhi, jingbiao.
2.Treatment method
Take one group of acupoints at a time and rotate through three groups of acupoints according to the symptoms. Take both sides for double-eyed strabismus and one side for unilateral strabismus. Intraorbital points should be stabbed slowly and not twisted significantly. In children, the needle should be inserted quickly and twisted for about half a minute. The rest of the needle into the qi after the application of the flat complementary and flat diarrhea techniques, retain the needle for 30 minutes, 15 minutes to perform a needle.
Second, the skin needle treatment strabismus
1, acupuncture points commonly used: Zhengguang 1, Zhengguang 2, Fengchi.
Alternate acupuncture points: according to the identification and typing of points.
Liver and blood deficiency type: strabismus, onset associated with high fever and convulsions, dry eyes and aversion to light, anxious headache, bitter mouth and dreaminess, thin and slightly stringent pulse or small count, thin white fur. Liver Yu, Gall Bladder Yu, Neiguan, Baihui.
Spleen qi weakness: oblique eyes, blurred vision, white complexion, tiredness and little energy, dizziness and thinness, sometimes loose stools, weak or slow pulse, thin white fur. Spleen Yu, Stomach Yu, Zhongyu, Baihui, Neiguan, and Feosanli.
Kidney deficiency type: oblique eyes, mostly from childhood, thin refractive power, poor vision, dizziness and hair withering, lack of facial color, often with urine loss, thin or net moss, light or pointed red tongue. Kidney Yu, Liver Yu, Gall Bladder Yu, Da Zhi, both sides of the lumbar vertebrae, and Neiguan.
Conditioning and consolidation: eye position has been corrected or basically restored, vision has not reached normal: thoracic vertebrae 8 to 12, both sides of lumbar vertebrae, Baihui, Dazhi, Liver Yu, Bile Yu, Spleen Yu, Kidney Yu, Zhongguancest.
2.Treatment method
Commonly used points are taken each time. Alternate points are added according to the type of evidence. In the first stage, for refractive error, the first point is to improve vision, and the alternate point Nei Guan must be added; in the second stage, to correct strabismus on the basis of the above, Baihui or Liver Yu and Bile Yu must be added each time; in the third stage, for consolidation, the last set of alternate points are taken at the discretion of the patient.
The skin needles or electric plum blossom needles were used for percussion. In the case of electric plummer needles, the special electric plummer needles are connected to a transistorized therapeutic instrument with a direct current of 9 volts and a current of less than 5 milliamperes, which is tolerated by the patient. Then tap evenly within 0.5 to 1.5 cm diameter of each acupuncture point area, counting 20 to 50 strokes. On both sides of the thoracolumbar spine, tap 3 rows from top to bottom.
The first row is 1 cm from the spine, the second row is 2 cm from the spine, and the third row is 3 to 4 cm from the spine. Third, strabismus body acupuncture plus acupressure treatment
1.Acupuncture points
Regular acupoints: Sibai, Hegu, and posterior ball.
Alternate points: internal strabismus palsy: Yangbai through Yuzhi waist, pupil s through Sizhukong; external strabismus palsy: Zanzhu through Ophthalmoplegia, Sibai through Chengwu.
2.Treatment method
Commonly used points are taken each time, Sibai, ball after the needle affected side, Hegu choose either side, alternating left and right. Alternate points are taken according to the symptoms. Make the patient take a recumbent position (if the child does not cooperate, can be held by family members sitting). The four white points should be felt into the acupuncture point, to induce a sense of touch is preferred, the ball after the needle depth of 1.5 inches, so that the orbital soreness and swelling is obvious, Hegu local Qi. The penetrating points require fast needle entry and slow needle delivery along the subcutaneous must be slow.
All with flat tonic and flat diarrhea method, retain the needle for 30 minutes, every 10 minutes, scrape the needle handle half a minute. If the uncooperative child, can take a fast needle, mild twisting does not retain the needle method, not penetrating. After the needle, can take 1 to 2 points in the spare point to apply strychnine tablets, fixed with adhesive tape, retained for 12 to 24 hours, as appropriate.
