When a child has three fingers together, do they split them all at once or do they have to split them twice?

For the syndactyly of three fingers, we try to separate them as much as we can at one time, there is no need to separate them twice, because if we do the operation twice, the operation cost will increase and it will be more troublesome for the mom and dad to take care of them, so it is better to solve the problem at one time. However, we have to consider the problem of blood transportation during the splitting process. For example, if the child has a syndactyly of the middle, ring and little fingers, and we separate the middle finger and the little finger, the blood supply of the ring finger may be affected and necrosis may occur. To avoid this, it has to be split twice. How can we separate the syndactyly once in relative safety? We have done some exploratory work and now most of the syndactyly can be separated all at once. If you have been paying attention, you will see that recently many Polish joined fingers have been separated at once, and there are also some hands with three joined fingers that are separated at once, and the blood flow is quite good. Therefore, whether or not three fingers together can be separated at one time, we have to look at it in the context of the specific situation, firstly, it depends on the situation of the joined fingers, and secondly, it depends on the experience of the surgeon.
