Western medical treatment (1) General treatment: attention should be paid to adjusting the lifestyle, reasonable diet, maintaining a happy mood, avoiding drugs that damage the gastric mucosa, and actively treating chronic oral, nasal and pharyngeal infections. (2) Etiologic treatment: the disease is the end of Helicobacter pylori infection, and patients with Helicobacter pylori infection should receive eradication treatment first. According to the fifth consensus opinion on the management of H. pylori infection in China, bismuth + proton pump inhibitor + 2 antibiotics quadruple therapy is recommended. (3) Symptomatic treatment: Currently, the treatment of this disease mainly includes acid suppression, gastric mucosa protection, digestive aid and anti-anxiety treatment.
