How to cure liver blood deficiency

Liver-blood insufficiency, also known as liver-blood deficiency, can be treated by taking Chinese medicines, such as Shouwu Pill, Four Things Combination and other proprietary Chinese medicines. However, Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines need to be used under the guidance of a Chinese doctor to identify the symptoms, and individuals should not use them blindly to avoid adverse consequences.

It is used for the deficiency of liver and kidney, dizziness, tinnitus, lumbago, numbness of limbs, premature whitening of hair; also used for hyperlipidemia. It is not suitable for patients with cold and fever.
2. Four Substances Combination, composed of Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, is effective in nourishing blood and regulating menstruation. It is used in treating yellowish color, dizziness, palpitation, shortness of breath and menstrual disorders caused by blood deficiency. This medicine should not be taken together with cold medicine.
