If your contacts are out of date, it is recommended that you do not continue to wear them, and that you get a new pair. If you continue to wear your contacts for too long, the inner surface of the contact lens will have protein deposits in your eyes, and too many deposits will affect the water content and oxygen permeability of your contact lenses. So don’t try to wear your contacts when they expire, you can get a new pair to wear or a new pair of frame glasses, if you insist on wearing expired contacts you may have additional side effects or complications.
