Clinically, the patient presents with the phenomenon that the bone above the chest has pain when pressed, that is, the patient’s sternum area produces pain when pressed, and there are many reasons for this phenomenon. Because the human sternum, which is more easily accessible under the skin, can easily injure the muscle tissue of the sternal area after being subjected to external force, the patient will have painful phenomena. The sternum is also susceptible to fracture after being subjected to external force, which can cause pinprick pain in the sternum, along with local swelling, subcutaneous bruising, and positive pressure pain, affecting the patient’s normal activities. X-rays of the sternum can be taken to be able to clarify the extent of the condition. In the treatment, most of the patients need to take conservative treatment, first of all, the patient needs to rest in bed, and secondly, apply the ointment that activates blood stasis and reduces swelling and pain to the sternal area, and at the same time, the patient should be instructed to take oral bone jointing medicine, which can promote the early healing of the fracture site.
