Bloody leukorrhea should be registered with the gynecology department. The common causes of bloody leukorrhea in women may be physiological phenomena or pathological causes.
1. Physiological phenomenon: bleeding during ovulation, a few days before and after menstruation are due to a small amount of bleeding from the uterus, and bloody leukorrhea, the duration of 2 to 3 days, no obvious discomfort, without special treatment.
2. Pathologic causes:
(1) Gynecological inflammation: such as all kinds of vaginitis, cervicitis, cervical polyps, endometritis and so on will cause bloody leukorrhea.
(2) Gynecological reproductive tract tumor: such as early cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, etc. will also appear vaginal bleeding or bloody leukorrhea.
Women should pay attention to personal hygiene, keep vulva clean, do cervical cancer screening, including HPV and TCT examination, and go to gynecology department of hospital in time when they find abnormalities or bloody leukorrhea, so as to be given relevant examination by professional doctors, to clarify the cause of the disease, and then treat for the cause of the disease.
