The term “undisease” means “disease before it becomes a disease”, which is the pre-disease stage. However, with the development of Chinese medicine theory, combined with the clinical practice, the concept of undisease has been expanded to include the period of no disease, the period of desire for disease, the period of “both disease and prevention of change”, and the period of prevention of recurrence after healing. That is to say, the concept of “not yet sick” is a relative concept, not all of them are not sick. It includes not only the healthy stage of no disease, but also the early stage and hidden stage of disease. The “treatment of the undiseased” includes prevention before the disease occurs to avoid the disease. Early treatment, before the disease has no obvious symptoms to actively take measures to cure the disease at the beginning, to avoid more and more symptoms. Preventing the change of the disease, when the disease already exists, we should grasp the tendency of the disease to pass from superficial to deep, or to pass between the internal organs. In the first healing of the disease is still weak, the body function has not fully recovered, so we should strengthen the regulation, to prevent the recurrence of disease. The term “reverse acupuncture” was first used in the Ming Dynasty in Gao Wu’s “Acupuncture and Moxibustion Ju Ying”, that is, “no disease but first acupuncture said reverse. The term “reverse acupuncture” was first used in the Ming Dynasty in Gao Wu’s “Acupuncture and Moxibustion Juying”, which means that “acupuncture and moxibustion without disease is called reverse. Chinese medicine’s “undiseased” is not the same as modern medicine’s “sub-health”, but there is a hierarchy between the two in terms of content, and the “sub-health” state is different from the “undiseased” state. The connotation of “subhealth” is close to the connotation of “latent disease before disease” and “desire disease before disease”, but the connotation of “subhealth” is richer and the extension is more extensive. It should be said that “subhealth” is an important part of “undisease”. Common symptoms of subhealth include dizziness, headache, nocturnal urination, constipation, bloating, dry throat, spontaneous sweating, night sweating, forgetfulness, palpitations, insomnia, premenstrual breast swelling, menstrual disorders, drowsiness, and fear of cold. For dizziness, acupuncture can be applied to Baihui, Dazhi, Tianzhu, Fengchi, etc. For the management of headache, acupuncture can be applied to the dazhi, fengchi, cervical spine 2-6, Baihui, sun, etc. For nocturnal urination, acupuncture can be applied to Kidney Yu, Tai Xi, Sanyinjiao, etc., and direct moxibustion to the feet. For constipation, acupuncture can be applied to Tianshu, Zhigou, Shang Juxu, etc. For eye and facial muscle twitching, acupuncture points such as Hegu, Tai Chong, Shu Zheng, Chee Che through Di Cang, Xia Guan, Ying Xiang, Cheng Jue, etc. are selected. For insomnia, acupuncture points include Sishencong, Shenmen, and Sanyinjiao. Menstrual disorders are regulated with moxibustion therapy. Acupuncture points Guan Yuan, Qi Hai, Sanyin Jiao, etc. Conditioning of atherosclerotic tendencies: often acupuncture points Qihai, Feosanli, Fenglong, Guangyuan, etc. For the management of gastrointestinal dysfunction, acupuncture points such as foot Sanli, Sanyinjiao, Jianli, Zhongbei, Tianshu, and Qihai are often taken. For the management of anxiety tendencies, choose Fengfu, Baihui, Tongli, Shenmen, Neiguan, etc. Ear points are taken from the brain point and subcortex. As the modern medical model is changing from disease medicine to health medicine, the focus of medical development will be on “prevention before it happens” and “prevention before it happens”. Acupuncture therapy will occupy an important position in the field of preventive health care medicine with its unique characteristics of disease prevention and treatment.
