Vasculitis is a group of autoimmune diseases, the treatment includes glucocorticosteroids such as prednisone, immunosuppressants such as cyclophosphamide, biological agents such as infliximab, etc., but also plasma exchange, intravenous immunoglobulin, etc., and surgical treatment is feasible when necessary. The treatment of vasculitis is mainly based on drug therapy, commonly used drugs such as glucocorticoids such as prednisone, immunosuppressants such as cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, merti-macrolide, etc., as well as biologics, such as tumor necrosis factor antagonists, infliximab, rituximab and so on. Treatment such as plasma exchange and intravenous high-dose immunoglobulin may be indicated in critical cases. If vasculitis leads to narrowing of blood vessels and obstruction of local blood supply, interventional procedures such as balloon dilatation, stent placement or surgical vascular bypass surgery can be performed to reopen blood vessels and restore blood supply. It is recommended that patients with vasculitis go to the hospital in time to avoid delay.
