Diarrhea may generally lead to inflammation of the lymph. Diarrhea is usually caused by an inflammatory infection of the gastrointestinal tract due to an unhygienic diet or gastrointestinal digestive disorders. Diarrhea is usually characterized by frequent bowel movements with mucus and undigested intestinal contents and high water content in the stool. Lymph node inflammation is usually caused by intestinal or respiratory infections. Prolonged diarrhea caused by eating unhygienic food may result in intestinal infections that can cause lymph node inflammation. Therefore, diarrhea and lymph node inflammation are only two manifestations of intestinal inflammation, and it cannot be said that diarrhea causes lymph inflammation. Patients are advised to go to the hospital for examination to confirm the cause of the disease and then follow the doctor’s instructions to be treated accordingly.
