Which acupuncture point to press for nausea

To treat nausea, you can press the Zhongjiao point, Neiguan point, and the Foot Sanli point.
Zhongjiao point is an acupoint of the Ren vein, which is located 4 inches above the umbilicus, on the anterior midline. It can treat stomach and epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, bloating, and other disorders of the spleen and stomach system.
Neiguan, an acupoint of the Hand Syncopal Meridian, is located on the wrist, 2 inches above the transverse carpal line, between the tendon of the palmaris longus and the tendon of the radial flexor carpi radialis. This point is an important point for treating nausea and vomiting.
Foot Sanli point is on the lateral side of the lower leg, 3 inches below the calf’s nose. This point belongs to the Foot Yangming Stomach meridian, which is the lower meridian of the stomach, so it can treat stomach pain, epigastric distension (distension of the stomach and abdomen), nausea and other gastrointestinal disorders.
If you feel unwell, please seek medical advice and treatment under the guidance of a doctor’s diagnosis. Massage should be operated under the guidance of a clinician, and should not be done on your own to avoid causing damage to the organism.
