Survival of 30 years after cure of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is possible, and the corresponding patient has essentially reached a state of clinical cure and can continue to survive.
Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma originates from lymph nodes as well as lymphatic tissues, and is a collective term for all lymphomas except Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Some of these lymphomas are very inert and slow to develop, and when detected at an early stage, they can be completely cured through standardized treatment without recurrence or metastasis, and survival for up to 30 years is possible.
For non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma with low malignancy, after early detection, timely medical treatment should be carried out under the guidance of clinicians, which can avoid further development of the tumor and significantly prolong the survival time, and some of the patients’ life expectancy will not even be affected.
