CT suggests irregular low-density shadows in the pancreas, which may indicate that the patient’s pancreas has cystic lesions, such as pancreatic cysts, and may also be a manifestation of pancreatic cancer. If CT shows irregular low-density shadows in the pancreas with clear margins and no increase in tumor markers, then the patient does not need to worry too much. Generally it is benign lesions, timely surgical treatment, resection of the lesion tissue, regular review. If the lesion is irregular in shape, the border is not clear, and there is a rise in tumor markers during the examination, the patient needs to undergo early pathological examination to confirm the diagnosis of pancreatic disease. When CT suggests irregular low-density shadows in the pancreas, the patient should not be ignored, and further examination is needed to clarify the nature of the lesion.
