The five-year survival rate of stage I endometrioid adenocarcinoma is about 90% after treatment. Endometrioid adenocarcinoma is a more common malignant tumor of the reproductive system in women. Stage I represents earlier staging and the tumor is confined to the endometrium; there is no lymph node or distant metastasis. As the lesion is relatively limited, it can be treated by radical surgical resection, and after active treatment, a five-year survival rate of about 90% can be obtained. It should be noted that although the stage is early, regular postoperative checkups are still required, generally every 3 months for 1-3 years, every 6 months for 3-5 years, and every 1 year thereafter, and the patient should maintain good habits and eat more nutritious food in daily life.
