If pregnancy is diagnosed, there will be no menstrual flow and therefore no feeling of menstruation. After pregnancy, a woman’s ovarian function changes and she will continue to secrete relatively high concentrations of estrogen and progesterone. There will be no continuous proliferation of the endometrium, as well as ovulation, not to mention the cyclic shedding of the endometrium, so there will be no menstruation during pregnancy. There is no such thing as having a period and not feeling it. However, vaginal bleeding after pregnancy is abnormal. It may be a preeclampsia, which will result in a small amount of vaginal bleeding, mostly dark red in color, which may be accompanied by abdominal pain. If vaginal bleeding occurs during pregnancy, it is recommended to go to the hospital for timely examination to determine the development of the gestational sac. The cause of the problem should be clarified and targeted treatment should be carried out.
