Causes of chin, forehead and nose acne

Acne is caused by excessive sebum secretion, abnormal keratinization of the cells around the hair follicles, and excessive proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes.
1. Excessive sebum secretion: If the patient’s androgen secretion is high, it will lead to the sebaceous glands functioning too exuberantly, resulting in a large amount of oil secretion, which will cause the patient to develop acne.
2. Abnormal keratinization of perifollicular cells: Abnormal keratinization of perifollicular cells will lead to narrowing and blockage of the follicular opening of the patient’s skin, which prevents oil from being discharged and leads to acne.
3. Excessive proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes: Propionibacterium acnes generally exists in the hair follicles and sebaceous glands of the skin. Increased secretion of facial oil and fatty acid composition of the oil is conducive to the growth and reproduction of Propionibacterium acnes, which leads to acne flare-ups on the chin, forehead and nose.
It is recommended that the patient consult a doctor for examination, clear the cause of the disease and then follow the doctor’s instructions for targeted treatment, in life to develop a good routine, pay attention to facial care.
