The foreskin is turned up and cannot be restored, which is what we call foreskin incarceration, and it mostly occurs when the circumcision, the opening of the foreskin is too small, or inflammatory stimulation leads to the loss of the elasticity of the foreskin. If this happens, it needs to be reset in time. If you can’t reset it at home by yourself, you need to go to the hospital in time. Because long time foreskin embedded, it will lead to ischemia of the distal glans, and may even cause necrosis of the distal glans. In the case of failure of manual reset, you can cut the dorsal side of the narrow ring of the foreskin, and after reset, in order to prevent the recurrence of similar situations, it is recommended to do circumcision on an elective basis.
