Manifestations of Strabismus

The clinical manifestations of cervical tilt, there are mainly the following categories: first, congenital cervical tilt, the patient will have the affected side of the sternocleidomastoid muscle hard cord-like structure, pain when pressing, the face will also have deformity, the head and neck will be rotated to the side of the affected side and tilt to the healthy side, limited activities. Second, spasmodic cervical tilt, usually seen in adult patients, the patient will have involuntary paroxysmal head and neck tilt, tremor, mental symptoms removed after the symptoms will disappear completely. Third, cervical spine tuberculosis caused by strabismus, usually there will be severe contracture of neck muscles, neck skewing and limitation of movement in all directions. Fourthly, ophthalmoplegia is caused by visual impairment on one side, there is no contracture sclerosis of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, and there is no obstacle to neck movement, and the tilt of the neck will be reduced or disappear after the visual improvement.
