How to keep the glans exposed

In general, the glans should be exposed outside of the foreskin in adults. If the glans is not exposed outside of the foreskin, it is usually considered that there is a condition of phimosis, which usually requires surgical removal of the overgrown foreskin to keep the glans exposed. The foreskin is the double layer of folded skin outside the head of the penis in men. In some men, the foreskin completely covers the head of the penis and the opening of the urethra, but the opening is large enough that it can be freely flipped out to expose the glans. Pediatric phimosis is generally a normal physiological phenomenon phenomenon, most can be with the age of growth, in adulthood disappeared. Some adults due to genetic or congenital developmental abnormalities, the formation of phimosis or circumcision. Patients who are circumcised and have repeated cases of glans phimosis generally need surgery to remove the excessively long foreskin in order to achieve the purpose of keeping the glans exposed, and to avoid the long-term stimulation of the accumulation of dirt in the foreskin that may lead to inflammation, penile cancer, etc.; when there is an infection of the foreskin and the glans, the operation should be postponed; do not overdo it by removing the skin in circumcision surgery; do not cut off the penile ligament. Patients should follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment, do not blindly treat yourself, so as not to delay the condition or cause adverse reactions.
