There are many kinds of drugs for the treatment of tuberculosis, which can be divided into first-line drugs and second-line drugs. First-line drugs, namely rifampin, isoniazid, ethambutol and pyrazinamide, are preferred for the first treatment of various types of tuberculosis, and some patients are sometimes treated with levofloxacin, moxifloxacin and streptomycin in combination. After early, combined, appropriate, regular, and adequate courses of anti-tuberculosis treatment, most patients with tuberculosis can be cured, but for relapsed tuberculosis or tuberculosis patients with multi-drug resistance, they mostly need to add or switch to second-line drug therapy such as amikacin, propylthiouracil, capreomycin, para-aminosalicylic acid, and other drugs. In conclusion, first-line drugs are clinically preferred for anti-TB treatment, but sometimes they are changed according to the drug sensitivity test of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
