How long does it take for Tylenol to work?

Tylenol is known generically as phenmetrazine, and taking phenmetrazine usually takes effect in about half an hour. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to the product and those who are allergic to other antipyretic and analgesic drugs. Tylenol (trade name), also known as Phenmetrazine (generic name), is available in tablets and oral solution, etc. It can reduce fever, headache, limb pain, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, cough, sore throat and other symptoms caused by common cold or influenza. Pheniramine Suspension contains 32 mg of acetaminophen, 3 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, 1 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, and 0.2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate per milliliter. Acetaminophen is rapidly and completely absorbed orally, producing fever-reducing and pain-relieving effects within 30 minutes after taking it, with maximum efficacy reached in 2~3 hours. Chlorpheniramine maleate, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride are well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, with most of them metabolized in the liver and excreted in the urine. Adverse reactions to phenmetrazine include mild drowsiness, excessive sweating, dizziness, malaise, nausea, epigastric discomfort, dry mouth and loss of appetite, and rash, which may recover spontaneously.
