Signs of diabetic shock

Hypertonic hyperglycemia syndrome: early onset of slow disease, initially polyuria, polydipsia, loss of appetite, and then may appear dehydration and neuropsychiatric symptoms, the patient is unresponsive, lethargy, indifference, and late urinary, may also be accompanied by varying degrees of impaired consciousness, coma and so on.
