There is no significant interaction between the two drugs, morpholine (domperidone tablets) and aloe vera capsules, and they can be taken together after the exclusion of contraindications. Domperidone tablets can be used for dyspepsia, bloating, belching (hiccups), nausea and vomiting. Adverse reactions include headache, insomnia, dizziness, rash, diarrhea and so on. It is contraindicated in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal perforation, mechanical gastrointestinal obstruction, and in patients with moderate to severe hepatic insufficiency, etc. Aloe vera capsule is mostly used for constipation, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and so on. Adverse reactions include drowsiness, diarrhea, abdominal pain and so on. It is contraindicated in pregnant women, and used with caution in lactating women and those with hepatic or renal insufficiency.
