Weakness of the spleen and stomach is a Chinese medicine term, i.e. gastric dyskinesia in Western medicine, and is not necessarily related to potassium supplementation. Potassium supplementation is commonly used to treat patients with hypokalemia. Weakness of spleen and stomach can be treated by diet, medicine and physical therapy. 1. It is not recommended to take potassium supplements on your own.
