Men can supplement certain minerals, proteins, fats and other nutrients by eating hairy eggs sold through regular channels, but there are no special benefits.
Hairy eggs, also called chicken fetal eggs, are eggs that have formed dead embryos during incubation. There are two main ways in which hairy eggs are formed, one is dead chicken fetus due to changes in temperature and humidity or bacterial or parasitic infections; and the other is the formation of live fetus hairy eggs by intentionally aborting the incubation of chickens while they are hatching.
Hairy eggs contain a certain amount of minerals, proteins and fats, so moderate consumption can supplement these nutrients. Although hairy eggs contain certain nutrients, but in the incubation process, most of the egg’s nutrients have been used by the embryo to consume, the remaining nutrients, compared with fresh eggs is also much lower, its nutritional value is not as high as imagined.
It should be noted that if the hairy eggs are sold through non-formal channels, there may be a risk of infection with pathogenic microorganisms after consumption, and consumption is not recommended.
