Multiple punctate papules in the whole esophagus sometimes pain like pins and needles, may be caused by reflux esophagitis, herpes pharyngitis with esophagitis, etc., and can be improved by general treatment, omeprazole and other medications.
1. Reflux esophagitis: acid reflux, belching, heartburn, abdominal pain and recurrent pharyngitis are typical manifestations.
