Blepharospasm in the eye, also known as blepharospasm, is a very common ocular surface disease associated with long-term UV exposure and generally does not require special treatment. Inflammation that causes eye congestion, redness, and foreign body sensation requires the application of anti-inflammatory eye drops such as tobramycin dexamethasone drops one drop four times a day or pralophane drops one drop four times a day; and avoiding long-term UV exposure and wearing sunglasses to reduce exposure when playing or working outdoors. The most common surgical procedure is pterygium excision with corneal margin stem cell transplantation.
