Eradicate H. pylori to keep gastric disease from recurring.

The standard treatment regimen for H. pylori infection should be quadruple therapy:Esomaglazole 20 mg each time, twice daily (morning and bedtime on an empty stomach) and Lizovir triple 4 tablets twice daily (as directed). The duration of treatment is 10 to 14 days. The efficacy does not increase beyond 14 days, but the side effects increase, so do not exceed 14 days. This regimen has a clearance rate of more than 90% for H. pylori. Wang Yaojun, Department of Gastroenterology, General Hospital of Jinan Military District, is negative for H. pylori immediately after treatment, and is eradicated if it is negative after 1 month of treatment. It is recommended to go for recheck after 1 month of treatment and if negative, it is eradicated. If eradication of H. pylori fails, do not take antibiotics again immediately, because after one treatment H. pylori can easily develop resistance. It is recommended to discontinue anti-H. pylori drugs for 3-6 months to allow the bacteria to regain susceptibility to the drugs before proceeding with anti-H. pylori treatment. Some patients take anti-inflammatory drugs such as amoxicillin or clarithromycin every now and then whenever they are uncomfortable is absolutely undesirable, both to increase H. pylori resistance and to possibly cause unpredictable damage to the body.
