Imaging examination, hematology examination, skin examination, thyroid examination, adrenal gland and pituitary gland examination, cardiovascular examination, etc. are required before PD1 immunotherapy.
Imaging examination: mainly according to the site of tumor invasion, CT examination, and if necessary, cranial MRI examination.
Hematology examination: including blood biochemistry, blood routine, blood tumor index, infectious disease screening.
Skin examination: if there is a history of immune-related skin diseases, skin and mucous membrane examination is required.
Thyroid examination: including thyroid function TSH , free T3T4 and so on.
Adrenal and pituitary: serum cortisol for adrenal gland and TSH, free T4 for pituitary gland.
Cardiovascular examination: regular review is needed for patients with symptoms of baseline abnormalities.
Pd1 immunotherapy is more effective, the use of drugs belonging to the immunosuppressive molecules, can be very effective in inhibiting the growth and spread of cancer cells. Usually, PD1 immunotherapy can be used alone or in combination with chemotherapy or targeted therapy.
