High-grade ovarian cancer is a malignant neoplastic disease of epithelial origin that occurs in the ovary, and is a malignant tumor with a high degree of malignancy, low differentiation and poor prognosis. Its etiology is not yet clear, and may be related to endocrine and genetic factors. According to the degree of differentiation, it can be divided into three types: high-grade, intermediate-grade and low-grade. High-grade malignant tumors indicate that the cancer cells are poorly differentiated and have the highest degree of malignancy. The prognosis is worse and the survival time is shorter. Even if patients take treatment, the recurrence rate will be higher, and the disease will seriously affect patients’ quality of life and survival time. It is suggested that patients with high-grade ovarian cancer should go to the hospital as early as possible to receive treatment and try to prolong the survival period.
