What can a girl eat on her period?

The term “great aunt” refers to menstruation. During a girl’s period, all kinds of food can be eaten in principle if there are no specific food allergies.
Theoretically, there are no dietary contraindications during menstruation as long as food hygiene is observed and there are no allergies. It is recommended to eat a variety of foods during menstruation, observe your own reactions, and if a specific food does cause uncomfortable symptoms after eating it, avoid eating that food during menstruation.
In principle, there is nothing special about the diets of menstruation and non-menstruation periods. Eat a reasonable combination of potatoes, vegetables and fruits, soybeans and nuts, oils and fats, livestock, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy foods to replenish the daily nutrients and energy needed.
