The manifestations of pulpal calcification are firstly manifested by clinical symptoms, such as various kinds of pain, pain from hot and cold stimulation, and pain in biting, discomfort, and weakness in biting. There are also imaging manifestations. X-ray shows limited pulpal calcification, intramedullary calcification, intramedullary X-ray shows that in the pulp cavity, the permeable area of the pulp cavity disappears or partially disappears, and there are a lot of high-density blockage images, small or large blockage of the entire pulp cavity, with no permeable area at all. Another type of calcification is diffuse calcification, which shows the disappearance of the translucent area of the root canal system. When imaging X-rays are taken of a normal pulp, a normal tooth, they will show a low-density image, a black image of the root canal system and a high-density image of the pulpal dentin tissues.
