ICU concentrates a very large number of highly sophisticated equipment, so through very advanced technology and concepts, it uses highly sophisticated equipment to monitor and treat patients in order to improve the success rate of patient care. ICU equipment is divided into the following areas: 1. monitoring equipment: including the most commonly used multifunctional ECG monitors, EEG monitors, ECG, fiberoptic bronchoscopy, bedside critical care ultrasound, all of which are commonly used 2. Therapeutic equipment: including the most commonly used ventilators, non-invasive ventilators and invasive ventilators, as well as IABP, i.e. intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation, ECMO, i.e. extracorporeal membrane lung, and CRRT, i.e. hemofiltration machine, which are most commonly used to treat patients with renal failure, etc. These are the most commonly used therapeutic equipment.
