Do you need to take off your pants for ultrasound?

There are some ultrasound examinations that do not require pants removal, such as ultrasound examinations of the upper abdomen that do not require pants removal, venous thrombosis of the lower extremities that require pants removal for examination, and ultrasound examinations of the male epididymis that require pants removal for examination. For female uterine upper adnexal examination, you can usually take off your pants above the pelvic union, which means that you can do the examination without taking off your pants completely. In the case of vaginal ultrasound, you need to take off your pants, use the probe with a condom, and use vaginal ultrasound to examine the uterus and adnexa more clearly in this way.
