What’s going on with the ultrasound follicle check?

Ultrasound monitoring can detect the process of follicle development and the presence or absence of ovulation. It is suitable for the following groups of people: 1. Infertility patients: especially those who have not been pregnant for more than one year and whose causes are unknown. During ultrasound examination, other lesions of the reproductive system, such as uterine malformations and ovarian lesions, can also be investigated. 2. In cases of luteal insufficiency: other biochemical indicators, such as luteinizing hormone levels, should be jointly detected, and if there are abnormalities, corresponding treatment should be given in a timely manner. 3. In cases of ovulation disorders: ultrasound examination can reveal mature follicles, but they cannot be discharged normally, and pharmacological intervention should be given to promote follicular discharge.
