The more you want to sleep, the more you do not sleep, the more anxious, so forming a vicious circle, a night of tossing and turning, staring until dawn. 2, sleep at night: many insomnia patients even if they are very tired during the day, they do not dare to rest for a moment, worrying about sleeping more during the day, can not sleep at night. In fact, in addition to following the rhythm of waking up a sleep, the human body has three sleep peaks during the day. When sleepy during the day, it means that the body has a physiological need to nap, such as conditions allow, it is best to sleep for about half an hour. 3, short sleep time is insomnia: this incorrect view is mostly found in patients with insomnia due to psychological factors. Most people sleep for about 8 hours a day, but some people only need to sleep 6 to 7 hours a day and still have good spirits the next day. Therefore, the short sleep time is not the basis of insomnia, the elderly sleep less at night, often doze off during the day, the total sleep time is not less, and there is no need to worry about this. 4, sleep early to sleep well: everyone has their own way of sleep and habits, as long as there is no daytime dizziness, slow reaction, concentration, sleepiness, emotional instability and other symptoms, it is not the performance of insomnia. 5, dreaming is insomnia: dreaming is a very normal performance, everyone will dream when they sleep. Some people feel that dreaming affects their rest, which is mostly a predominantly psychological factors at play. As long as you put down the burden of thought, generally the next night will not appear similar distress. 6, the fear of occasional insomnia: the environment, emotions, diet, entertainment, drugs and other reasons bow up the transient insomnia is physiological, no need to worry, as long as the elimination of the triggering factors sleep can return to normal. The harm of insomnia is obvious, from the short-term effect, sleep deprivation directly affects the next day’s work and study, mental depression, fatigue, emotional instability, concentration. In the long run, the harm is huge and far-reaching: so usually you must have a good habit and have a good sleep.
